Apply and pay for laboratory services online through eCitizen, the Government of Kenya’s official services portal.

Before you start

  1. Read the service page so you know the requirements and how samples must be submitted.
  2. Sign in to eCitizen with your own account. Never share your password with anyone, including officers.
  3. Keep your eCitizen invoice or payment reference: you will need it when you submit your sample.
