Service charter: find charges, requirements and turnaround times
The supplied 2023 charter is now available as a readable schedule and PDF, alongside matching fees in the service directory.
The Citizen Service Delivery Charter supplied to this website was edited on 27 November 2023. It records 22 service standards covering laboratory testing, police exhibits, crime-scene assistance, correspondence and customer care.
Charges are listed by service and customer type. Some tests are charged per parameter per sample; others are charged per sample. The date identifies the supplied source version rather than a new tariff announcement.
Read the full charter and download the PDF, or find a service to see its corresponding charter rates and turnaround.
